We are both lifelong boat owners, homeowners, and outdoorsmen. We had different career paths until we became neighbors in the Texas Hill Country and started solving the same problems for each other.
We have spent decades caring for homes, docks, and boats: watching the house, meeting the vendor, catching the problem early. One built a career running property at institutional scale, and the other in the marine management and software business. Hunter Fendley
Hunter spent a decade at Amherst, one of the nation’s largest single-family owner-operators, where he handled operations and served as Designated Broker of Record across a 50,000-home portfolio. He saw firsthand what real operating discipline looks like: systems, preventive maintenance, clear reporting, and people accountable for the outcome. Hull & Home brings that same discipline to primary homes, lake houses, beach houses, or boats, delivered with personal attention.
Hunter lives in Lakeway with his family, keeps a home on the coast in Rockport, and spends as much time as he can on the water. As an owner and Airbnb Superhost, he knows what it takes to keep a property guest-ready and a boat ready to go. He leads Hull & Home’s Austin-area market, covering Lakeway, Bee Cave, Lake Travis, Spicewood, and Horseshoe Bay, and is a licensed real estate broker in seven states.

Todd Wagner
Todd has spent his career where the water meets the business of enjoying it. It started on the lakes of Minnesota as a boat dealership General Manager. He nurtured the dealership through extensive revenue growth, resulting in a successful sale of the business. He then founded Alexandria DockWorks, a waterfront equipment retailer that also provided seasonal boat, dock and lift services for more than 600 families annually. Todd knows docks, lifts, boats and shorelines firsthand. He also knows what it takes to keep a waterfront property working the way its owner expects, season after season.
After relocating to Texas, Todd applied his boating roots to building and scaling technology companies over the last 15 years. Most notable is a software platform now used by over 500 marinas, boat clubs and boat rental operators. At Hull & Home, Todd’s background in marine operations, customer service and operating systems pairs with Hunter’s institutional property management and brokerage experience. Together they give every Property Partner a well-run home, boat, and dock that are ready when they are.
Todd lives on the Coastal Bend and leads Hull & Home’s Rockport market. He’s an avid outdoorsman, so he knows the area the way a local does: which marinas and contractors to trust, what the Gulf Coast environment does to a house and a boat, and how to prepare a property before storm season. Members with Todd looking after their coastal home are working with a neighbor who truly cares about it as much as they do.
